To protect the almost 20,000-year-old works of art, visitor numbers are very limited. 13 people per tour. Tickets are available approx. 4 weeks in advance on the web page. 2 guided tours in English per day. Closed on Saturdays.
your visit
Plan to be at the entrance 30 minutes before the tour starts! Wear comfortable shoes. You will walk a good 5 minutes on a slightly climbing path to the cave passage. Parking right beside the entry building and book shop. The tour takes about 45 minutes.
useful hint
The cave is narrow. Before entering the cave, the guide checks the number of participants. Take the opportunity to be near the guide when entering the cave, so to be the first to enter the cave. This way you will understand the guide's explanations in the cave much better!
